Account Closure Process

To permanently close your TargetCredit account, please follow the steps below. Our team is available to assist you throughout the process.

 

1. Clear Outstanding Loans

Before initiating account deletion, ensure all active loans are fully repaid through the TargetCredit mobile app.

 

2. Submit Deletion Request

You may choose one of the following methods:

Option 1: Self-Service via App

1. Navigate to: Account Settings → Security → Delete Account
2. Select "Permanently Close Account" and confirm
3. Your request will be processed instantly

Option 2: Manual Request via Email

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line:"Request for Account Deletion – [Your Registered Mobile Number]"
2. Our team will verify and process your request within 2 business days

 

Important Notes

• Permanent Action: Account deletion is irreversible. All associated data (transaction records, personal details, etc.) will be permanently erased from our systems.
• Confirmation: You will receive a final notification once the process is complete.
